The agency is based in Paris, and was started in 1994 by Arabella Cruse, who speaks Danish, French, English, and Italian.

Le prix Décembre 2011 couronne conjointement Olivier Frébourg et Jean-Christophe Bailly.
Olivier Frébourg et Jean-Christophe Bailly sont tous deux couronnés par le prix Décembre pour, respectivement, Gaston et Gustave(Mercure de France) et Le Dépaysement: Voyages en France (Le Seuil).
Le jury - composé entre autres d'Amélie Nothomb, de Josyane Savigneau et présidé parLaure Adler - a écarté le troisième finaliste,Emmanuel Carrère, qui a remporté hier le prix Renaudot pourLimonov (P.O.L).
